Reports
Annual Reports to the European Parliament on the Community’s Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy Activities
The reports explain the main features of the Anti-Dumping & Anti-Subsidy instruments
(see also « Ensuring Fair Trade »), they contain commentaries of each new case opened,
each provisional and definitive measure taken, and each case terminated without measures.
One chapter is dedicated to the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations of third countries
against European products.
The report is made available to the general public, aiming at maximising transparency in the most
commonly used trade policy instruments of the Community.
